Order

General Warranty Information

Suomen Tuontitekniikka Oy normally provides a 12-month warranty for TT-Thermo products with or without a separate product-specific warranty. notice for 6 months. Please note the following for warranty issues:

• Receipt for product purchases!
• Warranty repairs and returns must always be agreed in advance
• The seller decides whether the product should be repaired or replaced with a new, equivalent one
• Bug report / other cause of recovery
• The product must be returned as delivered
• The product must be returned carefully packaged so that it is not further damaged during return
• The warranty covers only the repair of the product itself or a new equivalent product, no indirect costs and no installation.

The product warranty is invalid in the following cases:

• The product warranty has expired
• The product failed due to an external cause or installation error
• Product receipt is missing!
• There are no reported defects in the product.
• The device has been opened or attempted to disassemble

The warranty is conditional on the buyer following the instructions for use and installation of the product. 14 day return period.

Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return does not apply corporate customers. The returned product and its packaging must be unused, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
